LootHQ Offerwall — Terms of Use
Version 1.0 — Effective 4 August 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to you when you use the LootHQ offerwall (the "Offerwall") through a website or application operated by one of our publisher partners (the "Site"). The Offerwall is operated by LootHQ Inc. ("LootHQ", "we", "us"), a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act.
By using the Offerwall, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Offerwall.
1. What the Offerwall is — and who you are dealing with
The Offerwall shows you offers from third-party advertisers. When you complete an offer's requirements, the advertiser tells us, we record it, and we notify the Site so that the Site can credit its own points, coins, or currency to your account with the Site.
Three separate relationships are involved, and it matters which is which:
- The Site holds your account, sets the rate at which completed offers are rewarded in its own currency, decides what that currency can be redeemed for, and is responsible for paying you. Your relationship with the Site is governed by the Site's own terms.
- The advertiser provides the offer, sets its requirements, and decides whether you completed it. Your dealings with an advertiser — including any account you create, purchase you make, subscription you start, or information you provide — are between you and that advertiser.
- LootHQ operates the Offerwall and the tracking between the Site and the advertiser. We do not hold your money, we do not pay you, and we do not control what the Site's currency is worth.
2. Eligibility — you must be 18 or older
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Offerwall. By using the Offerwall you represent that you are 18 or older.
If we become aware that a person under 18 has used the Offerwall, we will cancel any coins associated with that use and may instruct the Site to close the associated account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has used the Offerwall, contact privacy@loothq.net.
You must also be legally permitted to use the Offerwall and complete offers in your country. Some offers are limited by country, device, or other criteria.
3. Coins
3.1 Coins have no cash value. Coins shown in the Offerwall are a display and tracking mechanism only. They are not money, not currency, not stored value, and not your property. They cannot be redeemed for cash from LootHQ, cannot be transferred to another person, account, or Site, and have no value outside the Offerwall.
3.2 How you actually get paid. When an offer you completed is approved, we notify the Site automatically and the Site credits its own currency to your account. There is nothing for you to redeem on the Offerwall: coins stay in the Offerwall as your progress and leaderboard score. Everything on the Site's side (the reward rate, redemption options, minimum cashouts, and payment) is the Site's decision and the Site's responsibility.
3.3 Pending periods. A completed offer may be held for a period before it is approved and the Site credits your reward. This is a fraud-prevention measure and the length depends on the offer type, the reward size, and your account history. Coins for a held offer may show as pending.
3.4 We may adjust coins. We may cancel, void, or adjust coins that were credited in error, that relate to an offer the advertiser later reverses or rejects, or that we reasonably believe are connected to fraud or a breach of these Terms.
4. Completing offers
4.1 Requirements come from the advertiser. Each offer states what you must do. You must complete the stated requirements genuinely and in full. Requirements may include installing an app, reaching a level, signing up, subscribing, or making a purchase or deposit. Read the requirements before you start, and read the advertiser's own terms before you provide any personal or payment information.
4.2 Purchases and subscriptions are yours. If an offer requires a payment, deposit, subscription, or free trial, you are entering that transaction with the advertiser, not with us. You are responsible for the cost, for cancelling any trial or subscription, and for any charges you incur. Completing an offer that costs money is your decision, and the reward may be worth less than what you spend.
4.3 No guarantee of credit. We cannot guarantee that any particular offer will credit. Tracking depends on the advertiser's systems, your device and browser settings, and factors outside our control. Common reasons an offer does not credit include ad blockers, VPNs or proxies, cross-site tracking restrictions, switching networks or devices mid-offer, previously having used the advertiser's service, or not meeting the stated requirements exactly.
4.4 One reward per person per offer. Unless an offer says otherwise, you may earn a given offer only once. Offers may also be limited to one completion per household or device.
4.5 Rewards can be reversed. If an advertiser later reports that a completion was cancelled, charged back, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise did not genuinely meet the requirements, the reward will be reversed. If the completion was still pending, it is cancelled and nothing is credited. If the Site had already credited your reward, we remove the coins from your Offerwall score, and the Site may deduct the corresponding reward from your account with the Site, in accordance with the Site's terms.
5. Rules of use
You will not:
- (a) use bots, scripts, emulators, automation, or any automated means to interact with the Offerwall or with offers;
- (b) create or use multiple accounts, or use another person's account or identity, to earn rewards more than once;
- (c) use a VPN, proxy, or any method of misrepresenting your location, device, or identity where an offer prohibits it;
- (d) provide false, incomplete, or another person's information to an advertiser;
- (e) attempt to reverse a purchase, cancel a trial, request a chargeback, or uninstall an application for the purpose of obtaining a reward you did not genuinely earn;
- (f) tamper with, intercept, replay, or manipulate tracking links, click identifiers, postbacks, or any other technical mechanism;
- (g) attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the Offerwall or any related system, or attempt to access data belonging to other users;
- (h) resell, share, or trade accounts, rewards, or offer completions; or
- (i) use the Offerwall for any unlawful purpose.
Consequences. If we reasonably believe you have breached these rules, we may cancel your coins, block your access to the Offerwall, and inform the Site, which may suspend or close your account with the Site and forfeit rewards in accordance with its own terms. We may retain records of the activity for fraud prevention.
6. Support and disputes about missing rewards
If an offer does not credit, contact the Site's support first — the Site holds your account and is your point of contact. The Site can escalate the issue to us if needed.
If you contact us directly at support@loothq.net, please include the Site's name, the offer name, the date and time, and any screenshots of the offer requirements and your completion. Keep screenshots — for many offers, they are the only evidence available.
Any claim relating to a missing or reversed reward must be raised within thirty (30) days of the offer completion. Our records of clicks and conversions are the authoritative record, and our determination made in good faith on those records is final.
7. Privacy
Our collection and use of information about you is described in the LootHQ Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. In short: we record information about your interaction with offers — including a pseudonymous identifier supplied by the Site, IP address, device, browser, and country — and we share some of that information with advertisers so that your completions can be attributed and rewarded, and so that fraud can be detected. The Site has its own privacy policy governing your account with the Site.
8. Third-party content
Offers, creatives, and descriptions are provided by advertisers. We do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for any advertiser, its products or services, its claims, or its treatment of you. Any dispute about a product, purchase, subscription, charge, refund, or the accuracy of an offer's description is between you and the advertiser.
9. Disclaimers
THE OFFERWALL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE OFFERWALL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY OFFER WILL BE AVAILABLE OR WILL CREDIT, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR REWARD WILL BE RECEIVED.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms affects consumer rights that cannot be waived.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOTHQ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF REWARDS, VIRTUAL CURRENCY, DATA, OR PROFITS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE OFFERWALL WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Offerwall constitutes acceptance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Offerwall, or your access to it, at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and the courts of Newfoundland and Labrador have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose law grants you the right to bring proceedings locally or applies mandatory consumer protections, nothing in this section deprives you of those rights.
