LootHQ Monthly Leaderboard — Contest Terms
Effective 26 August 2026
These terms govern the LootHQ monthly leaderboard contest and the Prize Coins awarded through it. The contest is run by LootHQ Inc., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act.
1. No purchase necessary
Entry is free. You do not need to buy anything, pay anything, or wager anything to take part or to win. Completing offers on a participating site is the only activity that counts toward your rank, and offers are free to attempt.
2. How ranking works
Each season runs for a fixed period, normally one calendar month, opening and closing at 00:00 UTC on the dates shown with that season in the leaderboard. The dates for a season are fixed before it opens and do not change once it is running.
Your season score is the number of LootHQ Coins you earned during that season, across every participating site combined. Coins that are still pending count toward your provisional rank. Coins from a reversed conversion are subtracted.
Coins you earned before signing in still count: linking your account attaches your earning history to it.
Prize Coins won in a previous season never count toward any season's rank.
3. Prizes
The prize table for each season is published in the leaderboard before that season opens. While a season is running we may increase it: add prize places, or raise what a place pays. We will never reduce a prize, remove a prize place, or shrink the prize pool once a season has opened, so the table you can see is always the least you can win from that place.
Prizes are awarded in Prize Coins. Prize Coins can be redeemed for a participating site's own rewards at the same value as Coins you earn normally. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or cryptocurrency, and cannot be transferred to another account.
Unredeemed Prize Coins expire 12 months after the season settles.
4. When prizes are awarded
Standings are provisional while a season is open. When a season closes, standings are frozen and reviewed. Prizes are then calculated after a short settlement delay — normally seven days, and shown with the season — on coins that have cleared and have not been reversed. That delay exists so that a reversal arriving late still counts.
Prize Coins are credited to your account once review is complete, and are immediately redeemable.
5. Fair play and disqualification
Top-ranked accounts are reviewed before prizes are awarded. An account may be disqualified from a season for any of the following:
- Operating more than one account, or coordinating accounts to concentrate rewards.
- Falsifying offer completions, including via emulators, automation, or scripted activity.
- Using another person's identity or payment details to complete offers.
- Manipulating the reward system through a bug rather than reporting it.
- Activity an advertiser reverses as fraudulent.
Every disqualification is recorded with a written reason. Disqualified accounts are removed from the standings before prizes are calculated, and everyone ranked below them moves up.
Disqualification decisions are made before winners are announced. An announced winner is not clawed back.
6. Eligibility
You must have a LootHQ account and be old enough to use the participating site you earn on. Employees of LootHQ and their immediate families are not eligible for prizes. Void where prohibited.
7. Privacy
The leaderboard shows only your chosen display handle and avatar. It never shows your email address, which sites you earn on, or where you are. Our full Privacy Policy applies.
8. Changes
We may change these terms for future seasons. Changes never apply retroactively to a season that is already open.
